About me

 

With over 30 years' experience in the technology industry, I have gained extensive knowledge in project management, program-management, product management and sales/pre-sales.

​

My journey started with mainframes, moved to client-server models and is now thriving in the era of cloud-based applications.

My expertise lies primarily in the telecommunications, cable TV, broadcast, studio, pay TV and media industries. These are all industries with a high degree of digitalization, which I can bring to new domains and companies very quickly.

 

I have successfully managed all aspects of the delivery cycle from business development and deal closure through to product delivery, launch and continued growth. My project and program-management and communication skills have been instrumental in navigating complex and global environments, leading to significant industry achievements.

 

Over the last 20 years, I have delivered 8 major product launches, some of which resulted in over 1 million customers.

I have also been responsible for 3 successful cloud TV projects. My contribution went beyond the traditional role of a project manager, as I also contributed significantly as a product manager and product owner. In some cases I took over the role or extended the existing teams.

​

My proven experience is "both sides of the table". I have worked in companies launching new services (B2B & B2C) and have been responsible for the whole aspect of business delivery, from requirements, evaluation of options and vendors, project initiation and execution, through to product launch and business continuity and growth.

​

As a vendor and supplier, I managed pre-sales teams, long-term customer engagement directly and through partners. This included business, project and growth support to partners and also directly to customers. From RFP to proposal, negotiation, delivery and growth.

​
